  • 1 15-ounce container whole ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped (for garnishing)
  • OPTIONAL GARNISH: fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
