I like to change things up by adding different ingredients depending on the season. But something that never changes is my love for my sister-in-law Jennie’s scrumptious recipe for Tahini Salad Dressing. It’s a true gem!
Ingredients

- 1 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar, raw unfiltered
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce
- 1 dash of pure maple syrup
- 3 cloves of garlic, pressed or crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED
- Small/medium mixing bowl
- Small whisk
- Salad dressing container
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a small/medium mixing bowl.
- Mix well until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a salad dressing container.
- Your tahini salad dressing is ready to serve and enjoy!
- Refrigerate unused dressing for later use.
