Tahini Salad Dressing


This creamy tahini dressing is filled with bright, tangy, nutty flavors. It’s beyond delicious. This homemade recipe can rival your favorite store-bought brand.


Units Scale
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar, raw unfiltered
  • 1/2 cup creamy tahini
  • 1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce
  • 1 dash of pure maple syrup
  • 3 cloves of garlic, pressed or crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper



  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar with lid or a small bowl.
  2. Shake or whisk well until well combined. As it comes together it will thicken and may seize up. But no worries. Just continue shaking or whisking until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Transfer the dressing to a cruet. Refrigerate until ready to serve. It’s best enjoyed within 3 days.
