Tahini Salad Dressing


I like to change things up by adding different ingredients depending on the season. But something that never changes is my love for my sister-in-law Jennie’s scrumptious recipe for Tahini Salad Dressing. It’s a true gem!


  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar, raw unfiltered
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce
  • 1 dash of pure maple syrup
  • 3 cloves of garlic, pressed or crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper




  1. Add all ingredients to a small/medium mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to a salad dressing container.
  4. Your tahini salad dressing is ready to serve and enjoy!
  5. Refrigerate unused dressing for later use.
